Titiskan 6-10 bersama 1 ounce minyak zaiton/kelapa.

Pure Cinnamon essential oil is extracted from Cinnamon zeylanicum leaves by using steam distillation. This is a spicy oil and has great therapeutic and aromatheraphy value. 

It fights exhaustion and the feeling of depression and weakness. It offers calming and an anti-stressing effect. It is useful for the digestive system, it eases muscular and joint pain associated with rheumatisms, may improve blood circulation and fighting colds and flu.

Inhalation

Add 2-3 drops to hot water, cover head with towel and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapour for 1 minute.

Baths

Add 6-8 drops to a bath

Massage

Add 6-10 drops to 1 ounce vegetable oil (olive/coconut oils) and massage affected area
